Academy of Dance will have its annual recital on Saturday, May 21 at 4:00 pm in the Reidsville Senior High School Auditorium. Rehearsals will be on Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:00, and on Thursday at 4:30.
Academy Of Dance offers a wide variety of classes to its students. There are many classes offered for each age group, from 3 years old until a senior in high school. Academy Of Dance Offers:
Ballet Company (Pre-Pointe & Pointe)
Rockingham Academy of Dance opened in 1979 under the direction of Scottie Penn. The name changed to Academy of Dance in 1996 when Ashley D. Brown became the director/owner. The studio teaches children ages three through 12th grade. The philosophy of the studio is to encourage each student to enjoy and appreciate the art of dance to the utmost potential.
