Most recently, he was a Vice President responsible for business development and client service. “Mike’s dedication to McAdams, his long-standing relationships in industry groups, his natural leadership ability, and his passion for this business make him the perfect choice to take this company into the future,” John McAdams said. “We’re fortunate to have such an obvious choice. If we held an election, the vote for Mike would be unanimous.”
In this time of transition, John McAdams will take on the role of Chairman. “As the founder, I am excited about Mike taking over the running of the firm while he and I and our executive team work together to further the firm’s growth and development.”
