I am a solo practitioner with an office located in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. I serve several counties in North Carolina, including Wake, Harnett, Johnston, Durham, Orange, and Cumberland Counties. I continue to represent clients in Georgia and Florida where I am also licensed. Although I can handle a variety of civil and criminal matters, my focus is primarily on personal injury, workers compensation, insurance law, and mediation.

My philosophy is based on the belief that besides having good lawyer skills there is no substitute for hard work. I live by that philosophy and take pride in giving my clients the personal attention they deserve. As a solo practitioner, I will be handling your case. My reputation and success depends on the service I give and the results I get. Besides being an experienced and committed advocate for my clients, I like to think that I express integrity, loyalty, tenacity, reliability, compassion, and empathy.

Even though my experience as a litigator includes a busy trial practice, I became a mediator to assist others in resolving their disputes voluntarily without the necessity of a trial. Sometimes the best avenue for resolution is mediation, rather than the expense of lengthy litigation and a stressful, costly trial. As an attorney and a mediator, I can best advise which route you should take.
