Pro-Med is happy to provide 24 hours a day 7 days a week emergency and after hour coverage at (252) 332-1424 or (252) 332-9707. Pro-Med also has an experienced full time Respiratory Therapist to assist in Home Oxygen placement and evaluations and to answer respiratory questions.
Pro-Med has a large inventory in our beautiful showroom. We will assist all customers in viewing our wide selection of products. Our professionally trained delivery technicians will set up the equipment and instruct the client on proper use and home safety. All deliveries are scheduled and made in a timely manner.
Pro-Med's billing specialist will handle all the paperwork and are available to answer any questions regarding Medicare, Medicaid or Private Insurance.
