I am a sole practitioner in Smithfield, North Carolina. I have been practicing law since 1993. I focus my practice on divorce and family law litigation, which constitutes the vast majority of the work that I do. I also handle misdemeanor criminal matters, including domestic-related crimes (assault on female, communicating threats and violation of domestic violence protective orders), speeding and traffic tickets, wills and estates, and incorporations.
My office is conveniently located on Market Street across from the Johnston County Courthouse. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. As a sole practitioner, the size of my office enables me to maintain a personal relationship with each of my clients. I have 24-hour voicemail and e-mail that allows me to assist my clients as needed during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
