(DLTB) is a privately-held, commercial real estate finance and investment firm offering originations, marketing, asset management, closing, and loan administration services for income property mortgage loans, and has operated in that capacity since its founding in August of 1980. Additionally, the company is actively involved in investment real estate sales and acquisitions for pension funds, institutional investors, and private entities/individuals.

DLTB is headquartered in Raleigh with additional offices in Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina. The company's four offices in the Carolinas allow it exposure to a majority of the meaningful debt and equity investment opportunities in those states, as well as Virginia. DLTB has been a member in good standing of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America for more than 28 years.
DLTB is also a founding member of Strategic Alliance Mortgage, LLC (SAM), established in 1996. SAM has consistently been one of the top 3 annual origination platforms in the country averaging $12 billion of third party mortgage debt.
