Rolfing can be very helpful for people addressing a wide range of body pains. For example, I have helped clients who have had physical problems such as whiplash, lower back pain, sports injuires, childhood injuries, post polio related problems and many other issues. The work is cumulative and lasting. People who complete the Basic Series (usually 10 sessions) move with a sense of grace and lightness. They stand with an easy vertical alignment and notice they have an improved range of movement.

I have been involved with healing human bodies for more than 20 years. In 1988 I completed my Basic Rolfing Certification training at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado. The Advanced Training course in the fall of 1991 was a profound experience and has continued to challenge me to deepen my practice and understanding of human structure. In 1998 I returned for the Rolf Movement Practitioner certification. I continue to pursure extensive continuing education training in Rolfing Structural Integration and movement and other methods that support the primary goals of Structural Integration. Prior to studying Rolfing I was a massage therapist.
