NRG is a family business started in 1986 that prides itself on great customer service, sound teaching progressions and most of all safe, fun and meaningful gymnastics opportunities for your child. All members of our Senior Coaching Staff are Safety and PDP Level 1 certified and are members of USA Gymnastics. Your child will receive the best gymnastics instruction possible, with a strong emphasis on safety. All of our instructors have been trained in safety and are experienced in gymnastics.

4th - 8th graders!
Our Philosophy: We are a fun gymnastics program that combines learning with motor skill development and self confidence! The total fun and fitness program involves not only ability development, but a child's happy attitude. Our philosophy is based on sound educational principles. We strive to create a safe, secure atmosphere that makes learning a challenging and positive experience.
