LCI Careers. Finding eager, well-prepared workers is critical for any business, and we fill that important need. Employers working with LCI enjoy onsite assistance, prescreened candidates and help identifying accommodations on the job site. Participants may receive individual on-site coaching and develop skills in the new Assistive Technology Center.

LCI Enrichment. Drawing on a wealth of resources, we help people with disabilities enjoy their greatest possible freedom and independence. Life skills instruction, employment coaching and other individualized services are offered for participants, along with a broad range of assistance for families.

Whether it's assembling a small engine or packing perfume, many world-class industries rely on LCI to control their costs, ease crowded plant space, handle unexpected rush projects and provide high-quality, well-inspected service.

LCI opened in 1967, originally serving eight people with a budget of just $10,000. The organization now serves more than 100 people and manages a $1 million budget.
