We specialize in providing thorough and prompt patient care with an emphasis on wellness and prevention. We are accepting new patients and strive to provide services and hours that meet your needs.

Welcome Shannon Mooring, NP
We are pleased and excited to announce that Shannon Mooring will be joining our staff starting October 18, 2010 as our new nurse practitioner. She will be bringing over 14 years of experience and training in patient focused care to our practice. Shannon received her nursing diploma from the Watts School of Nursing in 1996. Prior to that she earned a Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 1994, and then went on to earn a Bachelors degree in Nursing in 2000. In August of 2010 she received her Masters Degree in Nursing for Adult Nurse Practitioner from Duke University, during this course she specialized in cardiology. A state of North Carolina licensed and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners certified NP, Shannon is also a member of the North Carolina Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. A native North Carolinian and long time resident of Clayton, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family as well as reading and riding her horses.

We are expanding our operating hours to serve you better. Starting October 18, 2010 we will be open Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. We will begin seeing patients at 8:30 am.
