Wakefield Family Medicine and Dentistry was opened in 2003 when Octavian Belcea, MD and Jennifer Le, DMD decided to locate their medical and dental practices in the same facility. We are located in the heart of the Wakefield area of North Raleigh, and offer our patients the convenience of a full-service family medicine office and a cutting-edge dental office under the same roof. Both practices promote healthy living by providing patient education and quality care.
Patients have come to depend on our skills for a full range of services; from annual well check-ups to chronic and urgent health concerns; from routine dental exams to periodontal treatments to cosmetic restoration.
Our staff includes medical practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, hygienists, medical and dental assistants, administrative personnel, and now a Life Coach. Life Coaching uses multiple methods with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve specific personal life-improving goals such as changing careers, finding a healthy relationship, taking their business to a new level, losing weight or deepening their self-understanding.

We are proud to be in network with most major medical and dental insurance companies and are willing to file to all insurances. We do our best to be prepared and to prepare our patients for financial expectations associated with all services to ensure there are no surprises. With mutual understanding in place, we can work together to meet your medical and dental needs. We also accept all membership based discount plans associated with the insurance companies with which we are in network. We are glad to be able to offer our self-paying patients reduced fees for services rendered. We accept all major credit cards and offer financing options for our dental patients through Care Credit.
