Who We Are:
DLR Shelving & Bath, Inc. was founded in March 2002 by Dawn Lee Rumph. We are a family run small business specializing in the installation of quality shelving and bath products. We are not a "jack of all trades" kind of company. We strive to be one of the best at what we specialize in. We chose our vendors based on the quality of their products.
Although we are based in Lake Wylie, South Carolina, we service both South Carolina and North Carolina. Due to the slowdown in the economy, we were forced to close both of our showrooms and go from four installation crews to one. Our estimating staff carries samples of most of our products to create a mobile showroom environment. If there is a particular product that you are interested in, let us know when making the appointment so we can ensure we have samples for your viewing. We understand how hard it is to build or remodel while working and try to arrange estimating appointments around your schedule. We look forward to meeting you soon.
We run our small business just like any other business. All of our trucks are clearly marked with the company name and all of our install staff are wearing company uniforms. Our staff consists of the following: Dawn Lee Rumph is our Owner/Estimator, Virginia Strubbe is our Office Manager, Walter Strubbe Sr. is our Lead Installer and Leo Tremper is our Installer. Virginia and Walter are Dawn's parents and Leo is a friend of the family. By utilizing people we can trust, we can deliver a higher level of customer service and quality.
Office Hours: We are open at 8:00 AM Monday- Friday.Our closing time varies based on our schedule. We can meet customers on Saturdays if necessary.
