F a c i l i t y We fill 15,000 square feet with 3 floor exercise floors, 4 high beams, 6 low beams, 2 sets of uneven bars, quad bars, a high bar, a pit bar, 2 mini-trampolines, Rhythmic Gymnastics equipment, Just For Kids Bars & Rings, a tumble trak, 2 foam block pits, and a vaulting table with a special raised and padded vaulting runway.
We have a comfortable Parent Viewing Area where parents can sit and watch the classes, an outside play area for siblings who are restless or bored, a Pro Shop where you can purchase leotards and other gym supplies, and 2 vending machines stocked with healthy snacks and drinks.

P r o g r a m s There is a place for everyone at Carolina Gymnastics Academy. We offer Parent & Tot, Preschool Gymnastics, Recreation Levels 1-6, Boys Classes, Middle School Gymnastics, Tumbling, Cheerleading, Rhythmic Classes, and Kindergym. All of these class programs follow a weekly lesson plan, do monthly skill evaluations, use progressive drills to teach the skills, and keep kids interested by keeping the children active and providing lots of positive reinforcement. For those extremely active and energetic preschoolers, who need a more physical nursery school experience, we have Kindergym~a 3 hour drop off program that includes a regular gymnastics class, basic age appropriate academic exposure, arts & crafts, outside play, and storytime.
For the working parent who needs after school care for their gymnast, we offer our very active After School Program with pickup in our BIG BLUE BUS at Codington, Pine Valley, and Gregory Elementary Schools.
For those who want the TEAM EXPERIENCE, and who show the dedication, motivation, and desire, we offer by invitation only: Tiny Team, Pre-Team, Compulsory & Optional USAG Artistic Team, USAG Prep-Op Team, and USAG Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. Our artistic teams compete all over North Carolina, and deserve their reputation as a powerhouse in NC. The Rhythmic Team competes mainly in the Southeast, but travels as far as California to compete on an international stage.

S t a f f Our TEAM coaches are USAG Professional Members, USAG Safety Certified, pass a National Criminal Background Check, and attend North Carolina State Congress, and other educational clinics throughout the year. Recreation & Team Coaches are First Aid Certified, have CPR training, and are trained to follow our gym philosophy of teaching and coaching.
