Sometimes, the areas we practice overlap. A divorcing couple which owns a business together will need to have the value of that business determined. They can decide whether to liquidate the business or have one partner buy the other one out. Because we already have small business experience, we do not have to refer this matter to another attorney. We can handle it ourselves.
