We do not believe in solving problems piecemeal. We know that human beings and businesses have a variety of legal needs. Someone who comes to us for a divorce may need us later for a real estate transaction.
Sometimes, the areas we practice overlap. A divorcing couple which owns a business together will need to have the value of that business determined. They can decide whether to liquidate the business or have one partner buy the other one out. Because we already have small business experience, we do not have to refer this matter to another attorney. We can handle it ourselves.
We pride ourselves on our superior service. We keep communication lines open with our clients, which is probably why they keep coming back. They know they can trust us to guide them through their problems as easily and simply as we can. They are also aware that we are always available to answer their questions and go through their options. Whether our client’s case involves alternative dispute resolution, collaborative law, a divorce filing or settlement, or some other matter, we can help.
We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
