Brightwater Construction is a family owned business specializing in custom home building and renovations in the Highlands, Cashiers and Brevard area. We hold an Unlimited North Carolina license for General Contracting. Brightwater is also recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as Certified Green Building Professionals.
Jim Neil and Mason Neil have combined their skills to create a building experience founded on communication, consistency and creativity.
