Established in 1997 by John O. Petri, Petri Architecture, PA, relocated from Naples FL to Hendersonville, NC in the summer of 1999. While the firm’s range of work includes commercial, hospitality and multi-family, the main focus has been and continues to be the custom residential market. Projects vary in size from small remodels to large custom estates. By listening to the clients requests and thru honoring the integrity of the space for which purpose it is intended, Petri architecture works to create designs that reflect the character of its clients while responding sensitively to the site. Preserving historical ties to the past yet thinking of the future, allows each project to be refined and timeless.
