Mosaic is beautifully decorated with authentic mosaic tiled tables where you can sit and enjoy several blends of locally roasted gourmet coffee. Fair trade organic coffee and teas are available.

Order a breakfast sandwich as an accompaniment to our wide selection of espresso beverages or choose from an array of homemade pastries. Our signature dish is our famous chicken salad. Other specialty items not to be forgotten are Mosaic's scrumptious carrot cake, delicious spinach dip and large artisan sandwiches served on fresh bread. Additional highlights include soup of the day, fresh salads and our popular freshly baked desserts.

For the customer who wants a little of everything, order our mosaic combo . Box lunches are available for picnics or catered lunches. We even have a kid's menu to accommodate the little ones.
