Cargo Transporters, Inc. is a trucking operation with intrastate and interstate common and contract authority based in Claremont, North Carolina. We specialize in truckload dry van freight with an emphasis on long term contracts with shippers. In addition, we specialize in servicing those customers who require time definite or JIT service.

We pursue opportunities with shippers looking to outsource their transportation to a third party logistics suppliers including acquisition and/or disposition of private fleets.
Cargo Transporters, Inc. operates a fleet of over 390 tractors and 1200 trailers, utilizing some of the most advanced systems of communications including interactive internet applications, EDI, Qualcomm's T2 trailer tracking system and Qualcomm's mobile computing systems. Customers may access the status of their shipments, retrieve, view and print Proofs of Delivery, and send Rate Requests to us via our online tools.

Cargo Transporters, Inc. provides service in the 48 continental United States with special emphasis on the following target markets: Chicago, Columbus-Dayton, Memphis, Joplin-Tulsa-Springfield, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
