CNS is accepting referrals for children birth up to age 21 years for occupational, physical & speech therapy in our Hickory & Lenoir clinics. Please contact Kelly in Hickory at (828) 267-1688 and Lisa in Lenoir at (828) 754-5550. We accept referrals from parents, schools, government and mental health agencies, health departments, primary care directors, etc. Call one of our offices to begin the referral process. Thanks!
