I've been using Brian for about 8 to 10 years for repairs on my fleet of vehicles. He's worked on my '72 Nova, 87, 89, & 91 Jeeps, 87 Pace Arrow motor home (454 Chevy), '70 F100, 90 Probe, and the list goes on and on. Although he is a transplanted Yankee, he's proven to be honest, hard working and intelligent. (He must be a freak of nature.) On several occasions he stayed late at his shop in order to complete a job for me, which he promised. He never seems to be too busy to explain in detail the work to be performed. I'd recommend him to my mother but I'm afraid that as soon as she heard his Yankee accent she'd probably beat the crap out of him.

Our overall experience with auto dealers regarding service is not great, so we have always tried to find an honest, competent repair shop outside the dealer group. Wickens is just such a shop. After my experience with them I'd have to agree with everything said about these guys. Great work, my car drives a ton better then before. Also I needed my car quickly to start my new job, and despite a litany of problems they had it ready in a couple of days. I enjoyed their work and the family atmosphere they had. Definitely use Wickens Automotive for your car troubles.
Tom W. 2009 I really respect the way the Wickens do business. I am a full time student and a single mom with two kids. Money is very tight for me because I only work part-time. I was so grateful and amazed when they worked on my car for free and sometimes for very reasonable costs. They also sometimes take me home and pick me up when I cannot get a ride. I think of them as family and I will always do business with them. I wish all businesses could operate as the Wickens. I pray that God continue to Bless them. I have never been this satisfied with customer service in a long time, especially when it comes to repairing my car. I was looking to buy a used car and these guys have saved me from some lemons. They know their stuff and nothing gets past them! Granted they may charge a little more than your around the corner oil change place, but overall its well worth it just for the service and honesty they provide... in the long run you'll save money. I live about 45min away from Wickens and there are probably 100 shops between me and them, but if I need repairs they are the only place I go to and trust 100%

Simple hassle free warranties without any unnecessary delays. Period. No double talk from us or excuses. If you have an issue with anything we have replaced or repaired we cover it. We routinely inspect our previous repairs or service anytime the vehicle is in here for other services. If we discover a problem that is covered we fix it.
Wickens Automotive has always replaced defective or non functioning parts that have been supplied by Wickens Automotive in accordance with our printed Limited Warranty. In most cases replacement is without any additional charges. Most parts have a Parts and Labor Limited Warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Some Items such as Starters, Alternators, Ignition Wires may have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the part.
