St. John's is a congregation that opens her doors on Sunday at 8:30 and 11:00 A.M. for anybody who wants to worship Jesus Christ (or even if you are curious about Him). We have been serving this community thirty-one years before the Declaration of Independence. Our past has had a rich rural background, and therefore, highly values the family. Yet, we are planning for the future, especially with the ever-growing City of Charlotte just to our south. Members of St. John's have made the supreme sacrifice for this country since the Revolutionary War. A school of some type has served the community during the week for most of the congregation's history.
During the course of her history, many people have chosen to become part of our membership. As one grafts into a tree for new growth and beauty, we view new members as grafting into our heritage (tree), bringing a richness we would not have experienced otherwise. If you live in the area of St. John's and are not affiliated with another Christian congregation, or if you are moving into the Concord - Mt. Pleasant area, please visit with us and consider this lovely congregation as a new church home.
