SEALCOATING with two(2) coats of commercial grade coal tar asphalt sealer with sand for traction and skid resistance. Sealcoating restores the original black color to the asphalt and protects against dripping oil and gas which causes the asphalt to soften and break apart. Sealing also reduces maintenance costs and stops weather damage such as UV rays penetration. Crack sealing and pothole repair are done prior to the application of sealing material to complete the maintenance project.

STRIPING of parking lots with high quality traffic paints that hold up under high activity. We specialize in line striping, handicap symbols, direction arrows, and custom applications.

POTHOLE REPAIR Potholes are bowl shaped holes in the asphalt, usually caused by water weakening the base and the weight of traffic over the surface. We remove the broken asphalt, refill with hot asphalt mix and compact the hole, leaving a smooth even durable surface.

Cracks in asphalt allow water get underneath the surface and erode the underlying support. Sealing cracks before this erosion prevents potholes from forming. We use a hot pour seal to insure adhesion and water proof coverage, same as used on streets, roads and highways.

INSTALLATION OF RUBBER WHEEL STOPS.
Our wheel stops are durable and will not warp, crack or rot. Wheel Stops are painted with polyurethane reflective glass beaded paint in white, yellow or blue for maximum visibility. Typically blue is used for handicap parking, yellow in commercial safety areas and white in standard parking, such as office and church parking lots.

INSTALLATION OF ASPHALT and/or RUBBER SPEED BUMPS. Our rubber speed bumps are durable and will not warp, crack or rot. Speed bumps are black, painted with yellow polyurethane reflective glass beaded paint for maximum visibility.

THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT MARKINGS.
Thermoplastic is a proven durable marking that is a true value when you consider the life-cycle cost of a product. It is resistant to degradation by motor oil, diesel fuel, grease deposits and ice-preventative chemicals, lasting 6 to 8 times longer than painted surfaces. Installation is fast, safe and cost-effective with an industrial propane heat torch. Effectively mark streets, intersections, highways and crosswalks, as well as parking lots at shopping centers, school campuses and business parks.

CORE DRILLING through concrete or asphalt for signs and/or bollards. We drill to an adequate depth to support the sign, install the sign and then grout around the post with high strength mortar. This results in a strong, safe, and clean installation.
