Welcome to northeastern North Carolina! We are a holistic based spa and wellness center that offers gentle relaxation and well-being services to restore your body and mind! Our center is near the beautiful Pasquotank River in Elizabeth City. We have been here for 24 years. We know that you will enjoy your "Oasis of Serenity" experience with us!

We have chosen therapies that are multi-national, some are five thousand years old, to help restore this natural God-given peace within you. WE ARE THE ONLY ONES IN THIS AREA TO OFFER SUCH A COMBINATION OF DAY SPA AND WELLNESS PACKAGES, FOR WE BELIEVE THAT THEY GO HAND-IN-HAND. We are also the longest practicing bodywork establishment in northeastern North Carolina! We are on the cutting edge of day spas in the world in recognizing this natural blend of therapies!

Setting Friday appointments--you will need to hold your time with a credit card. If you need to reschedule do it before 48 hours; otherwise we reserve the right to bill your card within the 48 hours to hold your reserved appointment. You will be charged if you cancel within this time frame. Fridays are the spa's busiest times and we need to keep this open for serious spa goers.

TO BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Stop buy and pick one up during our normal business hours (call ahead so we are not in session), call us and order by phone and we can mail out the certificate or you can pick it up in our little grey mail box at our back door, or stop by at our back door for self-serve while we are in session or after business hours. We can also fax or e-mail a gift certificate.

Step 1.) Pick up a brochure and envelope, circle the item you want, and give this portion to your friend.

Step 2.) Make a check out to “Riverside Day Spa”, and drop it into our inside brass door mail slot, with the service, and name of the person receiving the certificate, and your phone number during the day.

"As a professional courtesy--please respect our time, too. Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled time. If you are late your time will be deducted from your service."
All certificates must be used within the two month expiration. This is plenty of time to honor the gift that was given to you. Women tend to procrastinate--putting others before themselves, so this was written especially for them! ;O) This quick turn around is working! "No- shows" for certificates--for any reason--will be considered used. We ask for a 48 hour cancellation, if you are going to cancel, so others may come in.
If you are local we prefer cash or a check. If you use a credit card--can you use your debit card? The % is less for us so we can continue offering this service. For those calling out of state or out of the country we accept MC/V.

Directly across the street from the College of the Albemarle sign. Look for our magenta-painted house shutters and plants, on the corner of Russell Lane. Come behind the house, and come in our back door!
Stop on in for a cup of herbal tea and talk--the teapot is always on!
