Tabernacle Baptist Church was founded in 1955 to minister to the spiritual needs of Wilson, North Carolina. Our emphasis is people. People have individual needs and need individual attention. At Tabernacle we love people and enjoy working with all ages - children, teenagers and adults. It has been our commitment over the years not only to present Christ to a lost world but also to provide a church home - a family - where believers are encouraged from the Word of God. Although there are many churches in the area, we are not "just another church." We have a heart for people, people just like you.
