N.C. Commerce Secretary Keith Crisco joined local officials Monday morning to announce the possible creation of 411 jobs and an investment of $5.1 million in Beaufort County during the next five years.

Marjorie Elizabeth Young Grey, 88, a resident of Plumblee Nursing Facility, died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Episcopal Church with the Rev. Hank Burdick officiating. Burial will follow in Windley Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home-Horner Chapel.
