Orthopaedics East proudly welcomes Anthony F. Skalak, MD. Dr. Skalak comes to the practice from Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, North Carolina, where he has recently completed fellowship training in orthopaedic traumatology. Dr. Skalak attended Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, where he received a BA degree in Chemistry, 1999. Following this, he graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 2003 and completed his orthopedic residency at Case Western Reserve University in 2009. He is currently Board eligible by American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Skalak is trained in all aspects of general orthopaedics and has a special interest in Trauma. He will be practicing at 810 W.H. Smith Boulevard, Greenville, North Carolina, beginning August 1, 2010.
Dr. Skalak and his family; wife, Jennifer, children, Moira, Brinn and Sean, will reside in Greenville.
