Welcome to the
Rocky Mount Academy website. Whether you are an alumnus of our fine institution, someone interested in knowing more about us, or someone currently involved at RMA, we thank you for visiting our school online.
At RMA, we assist families from a broad service area, including Nash, Edgecombe, Wilson, Wake, Warren, Franklin, and Halifax counties, in preparing students for the challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities that they will encounter in life and college. Three not-so-secret keys to our success are our positive learning environment, our positive teachers, and our emphasis on three core values for a positive student life -- academics, character, and community.
This virtual trip to RMA should give you a real sense of who we are and what part we play in educating the area's children. You will see that we take our job very seriously, that we enjoy performing it, and that we have had 40 years of success at it.
For further information, please call us or drop by campus. We look forward to speaking to old friends and making new ones.
