My name is Don Scro. Let me take a few minutes to tell you about our company and how we will work with you to install a beautiful and long-lasting new roof. We hope you find your visit to our site both informative and enjoyable.
First of all, about us – we are a fully insured, family owned and managed business that has been serving Triangle area residential customers like you for over 11 years. I have over 28 years of roofing experience, and I personally oversee each job from the initial estimate and consultation all the way through the final inspection. Behind the scenes, my wife Mary handles the administrative items. Together we are committed to providing quality, personalized service for you and your family.

Next, let me tell you briefly about our services. When you first contact us, I schedule a time to come out and give you a free onsite estimate and consultation. Since no two roofs are alike, I personally inspect and measure each one before preparing a custom estimate. This minimizes surprises later and ensures that all of the “extras” are covered. If you have any questions, we can address them face-to-face while I am there, or over the phone later if I come out while you are at work. I also provide references upon request if you want to talk to some of our satisfied customers or see some of our work (or you can go to our customer comments and photos sections).
After a contract is signed, I bring out shingle samples so you can select a color and style. As soon as you select your shingles, I schedule the job on a mutually agreeable date and have the shingles delivered.
Once the work has been completed, I perform a final inspection of the roof and of your yard before receiving your payment. Part of our service is meticulous ground clean-up – we understand the value of your property and therefore strive to leave your yard as we found it. For payment, we accept personal checks only (no credit cards) – you can pay me at the final inspection or we’ll send you an invoice that is payable upon receipt.
And last but not least, all work is guaranteed. Less than 5% of our customers need to contact us after they have paid, and most of their problems are minor. If you happen to be in that small percentage, rest assured we will immediately address your problem at our expense.
