Mr. Paletta graduated cum laude from Duke University in 1976 with a B.A. degree in economics and history. He obtained a law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill in 1980.
Mr. Paletta is a licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina. Since 1981, he has been a self employed private attorney.
Mr. Paletta has litigated cases in many different Courts, including:
