Holbrooks Real Estate is based in Denver, North Carolina, on the shores of Lake Norman. Our Denver/Lake Norman Office is located on the Eastern end of Lincoln County, just a short drive north of Charlotte and south of Hickory, on Hwy 16. We provide Real Estate services to Buyers and Sellers in Lincoln, Catawba, Iredell, Gaston and Mecklenburg counties. Our agents have lived in this area for many years and know the area well.

Located in Brunswick County, the coastal community encompasses Long Beach, Yaupon Beach, Caswell Beach, Southport, Fort Fisher, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Holden Beach, Boiling Spring Lakes, and Supply.
