Complete Wellness Medical Clinic uses a conventional approach to weight loss. There is no counting, no measuring, and no starvation. The majority of people who are overweight did not gain weight because they did not go to the gym everyday or because they over ate every meal; or because they laid around eating cookies, crackers and cakes. Most weight gain occurs from mismanaging the foods that we eat. Stated simply, we put foods together in the wrong combination that allowed our bodies to produce and hold onto fat. Our program offers a conventional diet that disrupts the fat building process. Beyond the diet we offer medical management with prescription appetite suppressants and optional injections (hCG and B12). We feel that our success is not measured by simply losing weight, but by gaining the knowledge to successfully maintain your weight loss. Our comprehensive program offers a "Step-Out" program for those who are nearing their weight loss goal, as well as a "Safety Net" follow up program to track your progress once you have reached your goal. The Safety-net program incorporates "FREE" periodic weigh-ins to prevent patients from falling into the yo-yo trap of rebound weight gain.
