Bill Benhart Inc. is a family owned and operated construction company fully licensed and insured specializing in custom homes.

It was founded by Bill Benhart in 1952 in Villa Park, IL. where it strived to bring quality affordable homes to the public. Seeing a bright future in Pinellas County, Florida, Bill moved the company there in 1958. In the early 1970's he was joined by his two sons Ron and Marvin. Together they formed a productive team with the ability to bring the word "custom" to custom homes. With three licensed contractors on staff they had the unique ability to pay exceptional attention to the detail. In 1977 Ron and Marvin took over the company.

Over the next 12 years, doing as many as 47 turn key homes in a single year, the company prospered. After having vacationed in
the Smoky Mountains many times, Ron and Marvin moved the company to Western North Carolina in 1989 after 31 years of providing quality homes in Florida.

In 2000 Bill Benhart Inc. was joined by Ron's grandson, Jason Revelia, to once again form a formidable team of three licensed contractors with the unique ability to pay attention to detail while providing quality, affordable homes tailored to each clients requirements.
