Both of our attorneys are distinguished graduates of Campbell Universitys Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in North Carolina.
Christopher L. Mewborn has been practicing law in North Carolina since 1991. Mr. Mewborn worked for the Honorable Sidney S. Eagles, former Chief Judge of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, for two years before entering private practice in the Raleigh area. He returned to his hometown of Jacksonville in 1997 to establish Mewborn Law Office and serve his community with quality legal representation through a general law practice. He maintains a busy real estate and workers compensation practice and also counsels clients with matters pertaining to civil litigation, personal injury, business and corporate law, and wills and estates.
Originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, Brett J. DeSelms joined Mewborn Law Office in 2007 allowing our office to expand its general law practice to include criminal law and family law matters. Mr. DeSelms also provides quality representation in the areas of civil litigation, business law, personal injury, and workers compensation.
