Our office space comes made to order with all the things you need ready and waiting. High-speed cable makes internet access efficient. Voice mail is in place. We can even have your office fully furnished and bring-your-briefcase-ready. Conference rooms are available with audio-visual equipment and flip charts. Our business center is complete with computers, software, copiers, fax machine and laser printer. Our staff of professionals is available to assist you with day-to-day tasks.

Valencia Park is sure to speak "success" to your visitors as they are welcomed in the 3,000 square foot lobby by a friendly receptionist, skylight and a soothing water fountain. Valencia Park is a secure building. Only the main doors off the reception area are open during regular office hours. Side entrances remain locked at all times. Not only is this a matter of safety, but of convenience. Unannounced visitors cannot "drop by" without seeing the receptionist. Weekdays, the main doors are unlocked at 7:45 AM and locked at 5PM. Only tenants have 24-hour access. We also offer complimentary parking for tenants and guests.
