Hello, my name is Bob Kinnarney owner of Kinnarney Carpet Care. I will treat each and every valued customer as I would like to be treated. Every cleaning is done as if I were doing the work in my own home. I also think of myself as an educator. I try to help educate my customers in the proper care and maintenance of their carpet or upholstered furniture. No one has ever taken the time to teach them what they can do in between professional cleanings to help extend the life and beauty, while at the same time protecting their investment. A few years ago I wrote a booklet, "Getting The Most From Your Valued furnishings". It was written with the home owner in mind to give them some direction as how to maintain their carpet and upholstery. About Us Kinnarney Carpet Care has been in the carpet and upholstery appearance care business for 30 years. What sets me apart from most cleaners is that I have actually attended classes to learn how fibers are produced, and then made into carpet. I have learned the chemistry of cleaning as it pertains to what will remove certain types of soil and stains from your carpet or upholstered furniture without causing any damage to the affected area. I hold Certification through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration. The IICRC along with fiber producers and carpet manufacturers and many others related to our industry helped set a cleaning standard by which all technicians should follow. This standard will insure that you the consumer will get a cleaning that will remove as much soil as possible. They are also the industry leader in providing the education and information to help cleaning technicians stay abreast of the current trends in this ever changing industry. I also read trade publications and newsletters to learn about new techniques, chemicals, tools and new products that will help me serve my customers better. With out this knowledge I would just be another "Uneducated Splash and Dash Carpet Cleaner !"
