Greetings from the members of the Boone Church of Christ! We extend to you a hearty invitation to be our guest in our Bible classes and worship assemblies as we seek the Lord's way together.
We believe that you will receive a warm welcome and that you will feel good about what you find in the congregation here. We are not a perfect people, but we serve a perfect God through a perfect revelation. We are trying to be directed by the Scriptures in all we do, and to be a family of brothers and sisters united by our common love for the Lord and for each other. We want to be a faithful, hopeful, and loving group of Christians.
Simply stated, our message is...
"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever." (Hebrews 13:8)
By the riches of His grace, God has given us every spiritual blessing in Christ. The most important issues of our lives will always be whether we are found in Him, and whether He is being formed in us.
Together in Christ, our purpose reaches...
Upward, worshiping God in truth and spirit
Outward, demonstrating God's love in a hurting world, and
Inward, encouraging disciples who follow Christ
Our mission revolves around who we believe Jesus is. We have our hearts set on being a congregation where...
Each member is growing more and more like Christ;
We all love each other and work together, each one doing what he can to lead another soul to Christ;
Everyone who comes to the Lord is loved, taught, and prepared to serve for Christ;
And where all are kept and encouraged until we are finally at home with Christ!
"unto Him the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto all generations for ever and ever. Amen." (Ephesians 3:21)
11/28 - Deerfield Ridge - will meet at 4:30pm at Deerfield Ridge for our service.
12/05 - Fellowship Sunday - will have a potluck after the morning service followed by a Devotional.
12/12 - Sunday Night Singing - will meet 4:30 pm at Glenbridge.
