Yoga with Intention . . .
Lighten Up Yoga Center, founded by Lillah Schwartz, is now celebrating its 30th year and has been serving the Asheville community since 1981.
Our clientele include students ages 18-80 from diverse backgrounds, yoga beginners, yoga enthusiasts and those seeking Yoga Alliance Registration through yoga teacher training.
All classes are progressive in nature based on the students ability. We use the alignment principles to keep our students safe and on track with their intentions for mental clarity, good health and a pain free life.
We Will Be CLOSED Thursday November 25th
All other classes will be held that weekend.
