Our team of more that 25 employees is composed of engineers and technical and construction administration staff, with a broad range of experience in site planning, engineering and construction oversight. These diverse backgrounds allow us to take a team approach to problem solving.
The mountains of Western North Carolina present an often-challenging topography, and we strive to minimize impact on the land while maximizing the use and benefit of the property. Our experience in this area enables us to develop positive working relationships with local and state regulatory officials -- relationships upon which we pride our prompt, efficient and reliable service. Our services include town and regional infrastructure planning, environmental and civil engineering, design surveys and construction administration. We investigate existing site conditions, including utility (water and sewer) infrastructure and storm water systems and flow patterns. We then create schematic layouts using the concept plan developed by our team, and incorporate all findings with current standards and master plans.
