True Vine ministered at the 37th annual Fall Festival at the John C. Campbell Folk School in Murphy, NC on October 3rd at 10:00am. It was a great time. We opened the event up on Sunday and many people came up with testimonies of how the Father has touched their lives. We were blessed to have Rocky and Martha Hughes in attendance. We were able to bless many people with materials. Thank you to everyone who came and we pray for all those who were blessed by God.

Welcome to the website for Watch and Pray Ministrys, Inc. We are a small non-profit organization that is based on a principle that began thousands of years ago. Jesus asked his disciples to watch and pray. That is what we do.
Our Pastor Leslie Rockford Hughes, teaches the true word of God, verse by verse. He has a heart for the lost and dying world to learn the truth. The truth is the only way to successfully make it through these end times. If the time was not shortened even the very elect would be deceived. We teach in order to empower all those who will hear to recognize the signs of the times and to prepare for the events of the end times. This time is coming closer everyday and we have to know how things will happen. Please don't be deceived. Come and learn what everyone needs to know.
Martha Hughes, Pastor Hughes' wife, is the Children's Minister. She is a sweet, strong woman of God who loves children and teaches them, rightly dividing the word so that these little ones can easily understand. Martha has loved the Lord all of her life and has dedicated her life to His service in many different ways. When we want to start a service out by touching the heart of the Father we ask Mama to pray. She knows how to reach the throne room with her prayers.
Pastor Vance Alan Rhyne is the Assistant Pastor. Pastor Vance is living according to the bible passage in Luke Chapter 4 verses 18 and 19, THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME, BECAUSE HE HAS ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR, HE HAS SENT ME TO HEAL THE BROKEN HEARTED, TO PREACH DELIVERANCE TO THE CAPTIVES, AND RECOVERING OF SIGHT TO THE BLIND, TO SET AT LIBERTY THEM THAT ARE BRUISED, TO PREACH THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD. His heart is to minister to the you7th. It is obvious that the devil is coming against the youth of our nation with drugs, violence, TV, video games, etc., and we need to give them alternative outlets. We have opportunities for teens and young adults to learn and to have fun doing it. He teaches the truth and the signs to be aware of but also sets up events that teach and as well as entertain. Pastor Vance has music 2 Cd's of his own called THE CALL and ON FIRE FOR GOD and one project that he teamed up with his wife Lea Anne called IF I COULD HEAR MY MOTHER PRAY AGAIN. Since then the Lord has give Pastor Vance many, many sermons and they are all available on our order sheet on the next page.
Our Minister of Music, Lea Anne (Kincaid) Rhyne, is originally form Crandon, Wisconsin. She relocated to the area to help with the ministry and promote Jesus. She was the worship leader in her home church for over 5 years and has had a solo ministry for over 10 years singing and praising the Lord at festivals, churches and coffee houses over most of Wisconsin. Lea Anne has a cd put out about 6 years ago which is available for purchase by contacting us. She and Pastor Vance were married July 7th in 2006 and travel to the Highways and Byways ministering in word and song to this lost and hurting generation. Our creed here at Watch and Pray Ministry comes from II Corinthians Chapter 4;
1)Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; 2) but have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not working in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commmending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. 3)But if your gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4)In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 5)For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. 6)For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 7)But we have this treasuer in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. 8)We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9)persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 10)always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. 11)For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 12)So then death worketh in us, but life in you. 13)We having the same spirit of faith according as it is written, I believed, and therfore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; 14)knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you. 15)For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many rebound to the glory of God. 16)For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. 17)Four our light affliction which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 18)while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

How To Find Us From Hwy 64 in Murphy NC. Coming from Asheville turn left at McDonald Restaurant Corner which is Harshaw Road. Coming from Chattanooga turn right at Harshaw Road. Go 1/4 mile turn right on Chapel Street circle left to Flemming Street at to the top of the hill.
