United Excavation Services, Inc. is a licensed NC demolition and grading company located in Wilmington NC. As a demolition contractor and grading contractor we service the surrounding home owner and business owner with over 25 years of hands on experience. We have been providing demolition and environmental services for the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sector since 1983 building a business, one home owner, one business owner, one at a time.

In addition to demolition services we provide all forms of land clearing and grading, environmental clean-up services, abatement services, salvage operations, equipment and trucking services for real estate improvements. Our demolition and environmental services are proven to be a valuable service and add value to property in real estate transactions

Recycling demolition debris is a primary objective of our operation, for conservation through recycling equals cost savings to "you" the client as well as saving green space in our environment.

Asset recovery through demolition service is another form of providing demolition services to the client at much more significant costs savings. We pride ourselves in performing demolition services by employing all possible asset recovery options.

We are a licensed General Contractor for both North & South Carolina, fully licensed and insured to provide demolition and environmental services. In addition we hold HAZWOPER certification for our environmental division.

Our company objective is to offer our clients a comprehensive, turn key package for all of their demolition, abatement, environmental, or land improvement needs. Our company owns all of our assets such as all trucks, heavy equipment large and small, and all specialty equipment with out debt giving us a very competitive advantage over our competition.

We provide specialized demolition of reinforced concrete, steel structures, seawalls, etc. In addition we provide Selective Demolition, Salvage Operations and Recovery Operations for Historical Items or Artifacts.
