Welcome to the Law Office of Bill J. Jones. As a former Assistant District Attorney for the 30th Judicial District of North Carolina, Mr. Jones knows what the other side is thinking. Bill Jones began practicing domestic and criminal law in June of 2003. He has the knowledge and expertise to represent his clients in all areas of the law. The firm covers various areas of the law to include both criminal and domestic litigations. He represents clients in criminal cases such as felony, misdemeanor charges, traffic offenses and driving while under the influence. On the domestic front, he handles custody, visitation, adoptions, and termination of parental rights, divorce, equitable distribution, and child support as well as preparing pre- and post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements. During his years of practice, Bill Jones has represented cases ranging from homicides to multiple drug offenses. Along with his criminal background, he has handled countless domestic cases, including custody and equitable distribution trials.
