Underwriters: Our underwriters use Federal National Mortgage Assoc. (Fannie Mae-FNMA) and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac-FHLMC) underwriting technology for same day as submitted underwriting decisions.
Our underwriters also have FHA "D.E." (Direct Endorsement) designations which allow us to commit and close FHA loans without further underwriting review.
