F. A. Hesketh & Associates, Inc. is a multi-discipline civil and traffic engineering firm. Our team of professional engineers, land surveyors, planners and landscape architects offer a wide array of consulting services to assist clients in all aspects of land planning and development. We assist our clients through the planning and permitting process from the initial concept to final construction plans, including application and procurement of required local, state and federal development permits, and coordination with custodial utility companies.
