CHA, Amy Brockman Receive "Circle of Hope" Awards
CHA, a full service engineering firm headquartered in Albany, New York, is pleased to announce that the firm and one of its staff, Amy K. Brockman, were honored as the 2010 recipients of Hope Houses Circle of Hope awards. The awards are presented to individuals and organizations whose extraordinary support play vital roles in helping Hope House achieve its mission. The awards were presented during Hope Houses annual dinner on October 20th.

CHA Teams with D&S Engineering Labs
In line with its strategy of focusing on its core markets and services, CHA is pleased to announce that, effective September 3rd 2010, the assets of its Construction Materials Testing (CMT) operations were sold to D&S Engineering Labs.

CHA Acquires Olver, Inc.
CHA is pleased to announce that it has acquired Olver Incorporated, an environmental firm with four offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

It is with profound sadness that we mourn the loss of our retired Managing Partner and CEO, William A. (Bill) Harbour, who passed away peacefully on June 22nd, 2010.
An accomplished engineer and businessman, Bill joined CHA in 1960. Over the 48 years he gave us before he retired in 2008, he guided us through our transformation from a boutique transportation firm to the ENR Top-100 company we are today.
