CATLIN Engineers and Scientists (CATLIN) has provided environmental, civil, and geotechnical engineering services throughout the Southeast for over two decades. CATLIN has pioneered the development of “Webmainframe Technology” providing our team and our clients access to our mainframe capabilities, databases and documents from anywhere in the world. Our project web pages, environmental database tools, and GIS interface technology have set the standard for our industry.
