High Country Timberframe is a custom design/build timber frame company staffed by professional woodworkers and associates focused on providing full timber frame design and construction services to residential and commercial clients throughout the Eastern U.S. Whether your plans include full timber frame construction or structural timber trusses, roof systems, porches, porte cochere's, bridges, in both traditional, contemporary, or Japanese aesthetic we have the skilled, professional work force to see the project through to completion.

Available by commission, our fine custom furniture and home accessories are all hand made in our studio in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and delivered anywhere on earth. Hand made doors, lamps, tables, beds, and hundreds of other one of a kind pieces have all been uniquely designed and built for discriminating owners and clients throughout the United States. Our body of work is extensive and we've never built the same piece twice. Our designs and work ethic pay homage to a time that understood the beauty of the craftsman's touch. The quality of the work beckons the hand and rewards those who commission a piece with a lifetime of soulful interaction.
