Mangum Pottery is produced in two places by two generations of Western North Carolina potters. The Turkey Knob studio, located near Sparta in Alleghany County, has been creating art and functional ceramics since 1975. The Weaverville studio and Gallery, located near Asheville, started in 1989. Be sure to visit both locations.
